RETURN POLICY

All purchases* (see below for exceptions) are returnable if UNOPENED within 30 days. Shipping costs are not refundable. Upon returning merchandise you will incur the full shipping amount even if you originally had free shipping or paid a promotional shipping price.

A minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied to any OPENED merchandise that is not defective. All opened merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturer's box with the UPC intact and the product serial number must match the serial number on the manufacturer's box.

 

DEFECTIVE RETURNS

For the convenience of our valued customers, we offer an easy to follow return policy for defective items. Eligible defective products** may be returned for an exchange within 30 days from the date your product was delivered. Defective products must be returned in the original box with all packaged materials including any and all promotional materials shipped with product. THE UPC LABEL MUST BE INTACT and THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE ORIGINAL BOX. The original product must be returned no later than 10 days from the receipt of your return authorization number. Any merchandise that does not have a return authorization number will be refused.

 

OPEN BOX RETURNS

On products sold "as is" in Open Boxes, we can only accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of your purchase if the product is defective.

 

DAMAGED RETURNS

We make every effort to prevent shipping damages. If your package appears damaged upon receipt, simply refuse the shipment. If the shipping company has left and you realize that your shipment is damaged, immediately contact customer service at (770) 802-3485, as we only have 21 calendar days to file a claim with FedEx.

 

REFUSING UNDAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the event that you refuse your package, with the exception of damaged shipments, you will incur the full shipping price. If you ordered a product with promotional shipping, you will still incur the full shipping price upon refusing the package.

 

RETURN SHIPPING COST

Shop Bolinc does not pay incoming shipping fees. In the case of defective product exchanged for new product, Shop Bolinc will pay outbound shipping. Returned merchandise must arrive within 30 days of Return Authorization.

 

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

To setup a Return Authorization, please send a return request using our contact form; unfortunately we cannot setup RA's via phone. Send us a message and we'd be happy to help get you all setup.
